OPERATIONS FIREWALL

What operations may and may not do

Research Operations remains governance-only: v0.21.3 does not change the v0.18 registry, hypotheses, factor formulas, BTC regime rule, horizons, forward gates or architecture gate.
Full PostgreSQL dumps and human-readable research archives are stored outside the PostgreSQL data volume under /opt/cif/backups on the host.
Research archives contain table-level SHA-256 manifests and are verified immediately after creation.
Full PostgreSQL dumps receive independent SHA-256 sidecars and are verified by the operations monitor.
Integrity failures, stale Forward/Verified-Market collectors, overdue matured outcomes, stale backups and low disk space create persistent dashboard alerts.
Alert resolution is recorded instead of deleting alert history.
Weekly digests summarize new forward snapshots, matured outcomes, alerts, storage and backup state.
No new alpha score, MOS v2, production formula or production gate is created in v0.21.3.
